Cancellation Policy

This consultation provides live guidance and feedback on audiobook recording and editing. Topics may include recording setup, microphone technique, room acoustics, editing workflows, and meeting platform standards (e.g., ACX). This is an advisory service only; no audio editing or mastering is included unless agreed separately. ⏱️ Session Structure & Fees Sessions are billed per hour (or agreed minimum booking) Time includes consultation, demonstrations, and Q&A Any overtime is billed in 15-minute increments Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking 📅 Scheduling & Cancellations Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement 24 hours’ notice required for rescheduling Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable If I need to reschedule, you’ll be offered a new time or full refund 💻 Client Requirements Clients must have: Stable internet connection Preferably audio samples or questions prepared in advance 📂 Materials & Follow-Up You may share audio files for review during the session Brief notes or key recommendations may be provided after the session Extended written feedback or file work is not included 🔁 Revisions & Support Follow-up questions are welcome within 48 hours of the session Ongoing support or additional reviews require booking another session ⚠️ Disclaimer Advice is based on industry best practices, but results depend on your equipment, environment, and execution.
